"We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Bean2Bed, Lonsdale House, 52 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QU.
"You" / "Yours" refers to the Customer placing an Order via www.Bean2Bed.com or by Telephone or Mail Order.
By placing an Order, you are confirming that you understand and agree fully to our Terms and Conditions of Sale as detailed below.

By placing an Order you are offering to purchase the goods detailed in your Order subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale as described here. A contract between you and us for the sale of the goods will only exist once the Order has been accepted and a successful card payment is taken.
All Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities by Bean2Bed Limited, at the current rate of 20%. Quotes and Pro-Forma Invoices for any Custom Orders are only valid for a period of 12 weeks from the date of issue, within which full payment must be received.
Please note deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to duty, customs clearance charges, sales taxes or import fees levied by the destination territory. We have no control over these charges and receive no benefit from them. The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination territory and is responsible for all such fees, and must ensure that they are paid in full at the time of delivery in accordance with local laws.
All Bean2Bed goods are made to individual order, and if ordered by 10am on a Monday, will be produced and dispatched within 3 days.
The optional ‘999’ Service, at a surcharge of £25.00 per item, is available on Orders arriving past the Monday 10am deadline that still need to be produced and dispatched that week.
Standard Next Day Delivery to UK Mainland is £15.00 each for all Bean2Bed products, except for Bean2Bed Sofas which are £25.00 each. More information on Time-Sensitive, Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery options can be found on the FAQ’s page on our website www.Bean2Bed.com.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by any of our carriers, including but not limited to TNT and DPD. For instance ‘Next Day’ is a timescale within which they ‘aim to deliver’ but cannot provide an absolute guarantee to do so. In the unlikely event that they fail to deliver within the intended delivery timescale, we cannot accept any claims for losses incurred, since the carriers themselves do not accept any liability for consequential losses resulting from damaged/delayed/failed deliveries.
We will bear the Risk of damage to, loss or theft of the goods whilst in transit. This Risk passes to you at the time of Delivery.
You will only own the title of goods once they have been successfully Delivered, unless we have not yet received cleared payment in full. In such instances, we will retain ownership until full payment has been received.
We accept Payment by all major Debit and Credit Cards, either over the Telephone, or via the Internet through our Secure payment partner SagePay. Debit Cards are free to use, whereas Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards carry a surcharge of 4%, and American Express cards carry a surcharge of 5%. These surcharges will be clearly displayed prior to you placing your Order.
Should we incorrectly produce and dispatch any goods different to what you have ordered, please notify us in writing immediately by e-mailing Sales@Bean2Bed.com, or write to us at our Registered Office address, quoting your Order Number. We will be responsible for the cost and risk of all Collections and Deliveries required to resolve any mistakes on our part.
Should your goods develop a manufacturing fault within 12 months from the date of Delivery, please notify us in writing immediately by e-mailing Sales@Bean2Bed.com, or write to us at our Registered Office address, quoting your Order Number. We will be responsible for the cost and risk of all Collections and Deliveries required to repair or replace your goods under the 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.
You may cancel your Order (once accepted by Bean2Bed) for any reason within 14 days of the Delivery of your goods. This must firstly be done in writing by e-mailing Sales@Bean2Bed.com, or writing to us at our Registered Office address, quoting your Order Number.
If you choose to cancel your Order prior to the dispatch of your goods, having notified us in writing of your intention to cancel, all payments taken will be refunded onto the original Credit/Debit Card used for payment.
If you choose to cancel your Order after the dispatch of your goods, but prior to Delivery, having notified us in writing of your intention to cancel you may refuse to accept Delivery of the goods, in which case the goods will be returned to Sender (us) and all payments taken will be refunded onto the original Credit/Debit Card used for payment.
If you choose to cancel your Order after the delivery of your goods, having notified us in writing of your intention to cancel, you will be required to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk, and all payments taken will be refunded onto the original Credit/Debit Card used for payment. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to collect the goods ourselves, for which we will charge a collection cost equivalent to twice the original delivery cost. In such cases the refunded amount will be minus this Collection cost. Should you fail to return the goods to us within a reasonable period of time, we will be entitled to charge you the direct costs of recovering the goods ourselves, or via a third party.
We reserve the right to cancel your Order if we are no longer able to produce the goods in the Size and/or Fabric(s) originally selected, or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. In such cases we will notify you by email and all payments taken will be refunded onto the original Credit/Debit Card used for payment immediately.
We may also cancel your Order if we have reason to believe the transaction may be fraudulent or frivolous.
We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our items are correct at the time of viewing. However, all measurements, specifications and descriptions of items on this website are not intended to be binding and are given for guidance only.
Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of all items is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by different browser software or computer systems.
