Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a Bean2Bed might not be suitable for your home. We pride ourselves on being a people business, and would not want you to keep anything that you're not 100% delighted with, so if you've changed your mind for any reason, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days and we'll refund you the full amount paid. Needless to say, if a fault lies with us, we will bear the collection and re-delivery costs ourselves.

However since we do not sell any returned items to new customers – whatever the condition – we do ask that you take note of the product specifications prior to ordering, in particular the size and weight, and if need be take measurements of your own space at home to ensure there are no surprises.
